Houston's House works with children and adolescents who are Autistic or otherwise neurodivergent, along with the parents and caregivers who support them.

We currently offer services in Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding areas.
How do I request services?

How do sitter services work?
Nayah the Special Needs Sitter provides trusted, experienced care so parents and caregivers can attend to appointments, work, errands, or personal time. Submit a sitter inquiry and we'll follow up with availability and details.
